To help you better understand the concept of La Dorita, I will share my personal experience as a member of 6 months.
My company became a member of La Dorita in January, 2019. Our professional relationship with Gaston and Josephine Oria began on the first day and continues to be an important building block of my business. As a female owned company with little restaurant/food industry knowledge, I had been turned away by many kitchen share spaces and professional leasing opportunities because of my lack of time and experience in the business. My time at La Dorita has proven not only to be well spent, but the advice, guidance and business development opportunities have been invaluable. I’ve been able to take my small 5 figure business and turn it into a 7 figure business over the last 6 months. I employ several members of the community and enjoy the benefits of providing a local meal service that is quickly growing and expanding.
In addition to the work space, professional support and growth opportunities being a member of La Dorita provides, I find Gaston and Josephine’s personal interest and promotion of their members to be the most instrumental part of the member benefits. Gaston is very available and easily reached to solve problems, answer questions and help make decisions. Gaston has been quick to provide me with increased space, equipment and time as my business grows.
I look forward to continuing the relationship with La Dorita and am proud to be a member of a local, family owned client focused business.
